Terms and Conditions
- Rates include Collision Reduction Waiver (CDRW), Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), Theft Excess Reduction ( Ter 0 and 5% government Service Tax (GST)).
- Rates are for minimum 24 hours rental.
- Rates apply to vehicles from our existing fleet and are subject to availability of the vehicles.
- Additional drivers are subject to a surcharge of RM10.00 per additional driver.
- Vehicle returned to a different location (ie. "rent-it-here, return-it-here" ) is subject to a repositioning fee from RM50.00++.(depending on the distance)
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Rates are not applicable during event periods such as F1, MotoGP, Japan GT etc.
- Other standard terms and conditions in Eastern Car Rental Sdn. Bhd. rental agreement shall apply.
- The rental and additional drivers must be between 23 and 65 years old and possession of a valid national or international driving license.
- ECR accepts the following credit/charge cards : Visa / Master.
- The renter shall held responsible for all damages caused to the vehicle, including theft regardless of fault. (subject to the police report within 24 hours).
- Every ECR vehicle is rented out with a full tank of fuel and must be returned the. Otherwise the renter will be charged for a refill upon return.
